Hakikat Pembelajaran - Belajar adalah suatu kegiatan yang terjadi pada semua orang tanpa mengenal batasan umur, jenis kelamin, agama dan strata sosial. Dengan demikian, belajar tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia.
Seseorang belajar untuk dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap sesuatu sehingga pada diri seseorang terjadi perubahan baik pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotoriknya.
Seorang anak melewati proses belajar untuk dapat duduk, berdiri tegak, berjalan, dan bahkan belajar untuk dapat berbicara. Sehingga belajar bukanlah suatu hal yang baru. Pada Hakikat Pembelajaran bagi manusia dimaksudkan agar mereka dapat memenuhi dan mengembangkan tingkah laku dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya.
Hakikat Pembelajaran Ilmu
Dengan Hakikat Pembelajaran , manusia dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya, karena manusia mampu memahami, mengetahui dan merekayasa lingkungan hidupnya agar dapat mmebrikan dukungan dalam usaha mempertahankan dan melanjutkan kehidupan manusia.
Saat Albert Einstein di tanya mengenai hal2 umum dia menjawab, “Saya tidak tahu, mengapa saya harus mengisi otak saya dengan fakta2 yang dapat saya temukan dalam waktu 2mnt dalam buku ensiklopedia / referensi ?” .Karena dia tau bahwa dalam Hakikat Pembelajaran Lebih penting menggunakan otak untuk berfikir daripada menggunakannya sebagai gudang fakta”.
Saat Henry Ford di tanya mengenai hal2 umum dia menjawab,“Saya tidak tau jawaban dari pertanyaan2 itu, tapi dalam waktu 5 menit saya bisa mendapatkan orang yang dapat menjawabnya” .Karena dia tau bahwa Hakikat Pembelajaran itu Kemampuan untuk mengetahui informasi lebih penting daripada menggunakan pikiran sebagai garasi untuk fakta2”.
Hakikat Pembelajaran Belajar memikirkan cara berfikir lebih dalam tiap studi lebih baik daripada blajar mengisi memori (gudang di otak) dengan fakta2 yang akan dilupakan beberapa saat setelah mengetahuinya. karena makin banyak berfikir mendalam berbagai macam studi,

IQ dapat bertambah dengan sendirinya. baik kecepatan berfikir maupun tingkat konsentrasi. contoh Hakikat Pembelajaran : “saat blajar matematika / apapun daripada mengisi otak dengan rumus2 yang ribet / teori2 yang memusingkan lebih baik mengerti cari kerja pikiran terhadap rumus / teori tersebut”.
maka ilmu itu akan terbenam di hati dan pikiran bawah sadar forever. Makin banyak ilmu yang diamalkan / dipakai / dipraktekkan terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain / lingkungan sekitar kita , makin tinggi tingkat ilmu tersebut dan masuk banyak ilmu lain yang di pahami / didapat , secara langsung (ilham) maupun secara tidak langsung (buku2, seminar, dll)
Al-Qur’an (Ibrahim:7): ”Sesungguhnya jika kamu bersyukur, pasti Kami akan menambah (nikmat) kepadamu, dan jika kamu mengingkari (nikmat-Ku), maka sesungguhnya azab-Ku sangat pedih”.
(parsial/acak) » berlaku untuk semua hal, seperti rejeki, ilmu, nikmat apapun, kasih sayang, dll. Makin kau kosongkan cangkir pikirannmu (hilangkan focus) dr ilmu / teori/ fakta2lama, mkn mudah kau mengisinya dgn ilmu baru, mkn byk ilmu sejati yg kau dapatkan.

I was just curious. If a man from the U.S.A asks a minor from Australia (who he assumes to be a 22 year old female) on ICQ Chatrooms or any other chatroom if he can be ‘her’ slave and the minor accepts, what legal action can be taken if the minor sends things such as a contract to the man’s email address? If the man from the U.S.A signs the contract, scans it and sends it to the minor (by email), can he go against his contract?
I am living in a house in USA. My house mates are making loud noises every day. Thw house owner, and I have told them not to shout in the night many times but they don’t listen to us. The house owner doesn’t take any actions because the people are from her country. Is it illegal to shout loudly and disturb other? Can I take any legal action?
I’m a retail employee. I was watching a customer and watched them shoplift an item from the store. I waited for the person to leave the store before I confronted them. Once outside the store I asked the person if he/she would like to pay for the item and when he/she denied taking anything, I asked if I could check his/her bags. I touched his/her flowers completely forgetting that it’s a no-no to touch a customers belongings. Is the person able to take legal action against me for touching his/her belongings or defamation? Can he/she claim defamation/humiliation due to the conversation being overheard? I did not mention the term “steal” or any words relating to it. She also came into the pharmacy to completely empty her bags on to the counter and he/she was throwing it all over the place so some items I had to stop from dropping on the ground etc. She was also very upset and crying. In the end I was unable to see the shoplifted item and she left the store.

Having said that, suppose a child’s stepfather wants to adopt him. He contemplates filing a petition to adopt the child with the local probate court. Is the soldier exempt from these kinds of civil actions in that he is deployed? That is, would the court decline to rule on this matter until the soldier’s service is complete?
This goes for any other kind of civil action. Say your neighbor files an action on account of high grass or overgrown trees. Are you obligated to respond to these actions even though you are a deployed soldier?
What is the best course of action to become a successful plastic surgeon?
When I say course of action I mean schools and degrees to have. Also, where do I have to work as a surgeon before I can run a successful private practice. I heard somewhere that it is a good idea to work at plastic surgery firm in a hospital until I am a resident there. My ultimate goal would to run a private practice in a place like Miami, LA or NYC. A fire that started on the first floor of my apartment building two months ago caused damage to my second floor unit that has still not been repaired. One week after the fire I called my landlord for information about the fire, but she claimed she didn’t know the cause. Yesterday I found out that the fire was caused by the first floor neighbors cigarette and that she was fully aware of this. What action should I take?

I am trying to look at some pass chat sessions on facebook. I have searched and i have received an answer to click on my action menu to look at them. The problem is, is that when i click on the person i have chatted with, i don’t have an action menu (the little box next to the X on the chat box). How d you QUICKLY tell a single action from a double action revolver from just looking at it? I need to do this as part of my gun permit, but I am not really sure how, they both look a hell of alot alike, since the difference is internal.

I know the difference is. But I can not tell by just looking. It failed me today when they asked me to select a single action, and I grabbed the double action.
I am not a noob to guns. I served in the forces. (I’ve used Selective fire rifle(our version of the m16A2, substituting the 3 round burst for fully auto), automatic belt fed weapons(m249 and a 7.62mm NATO one), semi automatic hand guns 9mm browning HP) and I do alot of rifle shooting as well. I just do not know jack about revolvers.
I am in Canada also, and it is very difficult to get time with hand guns here at all, as they are heavly regulated.
